Start-Up software company licenses UMD video indexing technology

Advanced Digital Forensics Solutions, Inc. (ADF Solutions), launched in July 2005, licensed “Shot Boundary Detection & Keyframe Extraction Using Pixel-to-Neighbor Image Difference” from the University of Maryland in December 2006.
