      Error: The license file does not allow to scan Android/iOS Devices

      You receive an error that your license does not allow scanning Android or iOS devices.

      You receive an error that your license does not allow scanning Android or iOS devices and you were trying to scan an E01 image file.

       

      This issue could be related to older licenses in the LicBackup folder.

      1. Remove your license key 
      2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\ADF Solutions Inc\v4\LicBackup
      3. Delete all licenses in LicBackup
      4. Insert you license key

      Your license should now work properly
