I renewed my license and it still shows the old expiration date
When renewing your license through the ADF application the Authentication Key is still showing the old expiration date in settings
To fix this issue please follow the listed steps
You must have an internet connection to complete this process

Close your ADF Application
- Insert your Authentication Key
- Open the CKData folder and remove the current license
- The CKData folder should now be empty
- Remove the Authentication Key
- Open the ADF application and go to Settings
- Delete any backed up licenses
- There should be no backed up licenses
- Go back to the main screen (Home Button)
- You will be prompted to "Obtain License"
- If "Obtain license" is not present check your internet connection
- Enter your information and the support code you are renewing
- Select License a USB Flash Drive
- Insert your Authentication Key
- The license will be written and confirm
- ADF will now open with a valid license
