I upgraded my license and it did not upgrade my product

When upgrading to Pro license and Add Phone or Add Phone Backup are still not available

 Add Phone or Add Phone Backup are still not available after I upgraded

This issue could be related to older licenses stored in the LicBackup folder

  1. Remove your license key 
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\ADF Solutions Inc\v4\LicBackup
  3. Delete all licenses in LicBackup
  4. Insert you license key

Your license should now work properly
