What to do if you see the CopyFile Failed error message
If you see this message when attempting to boot a device
Problem mounting the collection Key
Please reboot and try a different USB port
Error description :CopyFile failed
it means the Collection Key has failed to mount. Power down the device and unplug all USB devices.
Plug in ONLY the Collection Key and reboot the device.
If the error message is displayed again please email the contents of the Syslogs folder on the Collection Key to support@adfsolutions.com and we will contact you with a resolution.
