When trying to take screenshots of an iOS device, if you only obtain the "Preview Not Created" thumbnail, then it is possible that the device uses a version of iOS for which the developer image is not distributed with your ADF application. To fix this issue, please follow these instructions:
- Close the ADF application
- Download the iOS developer images pack here
- Unzip the downloaded file in this folder C:\Program Files\ADF Solutions Inc\<ADF PRODUCT NAME>\IosDeveloperImages\Developer Disk Image
- In the "Developer Disk Image" folder, you should have a few additional folders named after the iOS versions supported
