We're looking for Inside Sales Representatives!
ADF Solutions is seeking talented and motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be crucial in generating and qualifying leads, creating strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
- Lead Qualification: Screen, qualify and generate rapport with inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential fit for ADF Solutions' products and services.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities and analyze sales performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience performing inside sales, working with inbound and outbound leads.
- Digital forensics experience, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Experience selling technical solutions (software or hardware).
- Knowledge and sales experience with law enforcement and government agencies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Google G Suite or Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- U.S. citizenship or a valid work permit is required.
