Steps to connect to an iOS device
- Airplane Mode - Policy and procedure choice - not a requirement to connect
- You must have access (password) to the device
- The device must be unlocked
- Set Auto-Lock to Never
- Settings → Display and Brightness → Auto-Lock → Never
- Open “Add Device Wizard”
- Make Airplane mode choice and select “Next”
- Connect when Wizard prompts to “Connect Device”
- The wizard will prompt for any issues
- Keep checking the phone for any messages “Establish Trust”
