Over the past two weeks, we’ve worked with team members to return from travel and we’ve transitioned our headquarters and development teams to work from home. I’ve been so impressed by everyone and the way they’ve come together during this difficult time to keep communications open and flowing.

ADF support is free and included with our licenses. Our support team continues to delight customers and assist them with customizing search profiles and keeping our knowledge base up to date with investigation best practices. The ADF Knowledge Base is self-service and open for business 24x7x365.
We’ve encouraged every employee to continue to help protect public health by following their country, locality and community procedures to flatten the curve.
We have implemented our business continuity plan to make sure our company continues to offer its services during this challenging time. In particular,
- Anyone using our products will continue to receive the technical support they need and all our future product releases on schedule.
- Anyone wanting to purchase our products can do so in our online store and we continue to ship within 7 business days.
- Our next version will offer a new licensing mechanism tied to the computer instead of a license dongle. This will offer a 100% digital experience that will not require shipping a dongle.
- We will be scheduling more online webinars to compensate for the delays in physical training classes.
Digital First Responder Training
For customers that had already booked ADF training classes, we’re working with each client to reschedule based on the situation and with the health and safety of our trainers and their law enforcement officers.
